BrothersTCG ("we", "us", "our") operates brotherstcg.net. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, phone, shipping address.
• Order and grading submission history, so we can fulfil and track it.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) for security and site reliability.

How we use it

• To process orders, payments, and grading submissions, and to deliver them to you.
• To send order updates and submission status changes.
• To detect fraud and keep accounts secure.

Marketing emails

We only send news, offers and members' early-access alerts if you tick the box to receive them, at sign-up, at checkout or in your account. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off in your account at any time. Switching them off never affects emails about your orders or your account.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run the shop for us, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe, to take card payments. We never see or store your card number.
• EasyParcel, FedEx and their courier partners (such as SPX Express, UPS and Aramex), to deliver your order, including overseas.
• Resend, to send our emails, and Twilio, to send sign-up codes.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site.

Some of these services process data outside Singapore. We use them only to provide your order, submission or account.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for 5 years, as Singapore's tax rules require. Your account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing admin@brotherstcg.net.
