By placing an order, submitting cards for grading, or otherwise using brotherstcg.net, you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or mispriced.

Grading submissions

• We act as a submission concierge to PSA, final grades are determined solely by PSA, not BrothersTCG.
• Declared card values are used for insurance during transit; they are not a guarantee of the graded value.
• Turnaround times shown at submission are estimates based on PSA's published service levels and can change.

Authenticity

All sealed and single-card products we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic. If you believe you've received a counterfeit item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the shipping/contact details you provide.

Limitation of liability

BrothersTCG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays at PSA or third-party couriers outside our control.
