Shipping Policy

Singapore delivery

• Shipped via EasyParcel. Flat S$5 delivery fee, free on orders over S$250.
• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days.

Retail orders (sealed product, singles, and slabs) are sold online and shipped to you. Grading submissions work differently, cards are dropped off in person, not mailed to us; see the Grading section below.

International shipping

• All destinations outside Singapore ship via FedEx, enter your address at checkout for a live rate.
• Delivery times vary by destination.

Grading submissions

We don't have a permanent store yet. Cards for grading are dropped off in person at the tradeshows we attend, see the upcoming drop-off locations on the Grading page for confirmed dates and venues. Graded slabs are returned for collection at a future tradeshow, or via insured return shipping; we'll notify you once PSA completes grading.

Packaging & insurance

All sealed products ship in tamper-evident packaging. Cards submitted for grading are insured in transit up to the declared value selected for that submission's service level.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Grading submissions can be tracked anytime from your grading dashboard.
